Preksha is an Associate who completed her LL.B from Mumbai University in 2022 and is a lawyer with experience in real estate transactions, mergers and acquisitions, commercial contracts and intellectual property.

Preksha’s core areas of practice include Real Estate Laws and Corporate Laws. She has advised and assisted clients on high-value real estate transactions, title verification and due diligence exercises involving large parcels of land, mergers and acquisitions, commercial contracts, succession matters, and intellectual property.
