ABOUT US
Founded in 2004 by Mohit Kapoor and Apurva Agarwal, we are a first-generation, full-service law firm. As commercial lawyers, having serviced a cross-section of clients both Indian and global, we sensed that companies of this age required their legal service providers to have a more business-driven approach. With ever-rising stress on innovation, companies have been looking to establish efficient and lean business processes that foster agility, commitment, quality, creativity, and efficiency. Universal Legal came into existence on this premise.
